Blissful Wizard is a hybrid strain resulting from a cross of Captain’s Cookies and Girl Scout Cookies. It won first place for Best Non-Solvent Hash at the 2015 High Times SoCal Cannabis Cup and is favored for hash production due to its potent effects and delightful flavor.
